Oh what a Die can do.

Hello and Welcome to Passionate Paper Creations!
Dorinda here today to share with you how to created gorgeous cards using only a few dies.

I've used

Picnic Quilt Embossing Folders

I've flipped the Picnic Quilt  embossed paper around so it's debossed,

cut my Fancy Squares & Little Things Die Set flowers out of the white cardstock.

then out in multiple colors, added two pieces of pop squares and pearls to the colored flowers

and inserted them in the cutouts. I finished it off with a cute little edge border with

Basic Cutting Edge Borders

Hope you enjoyed today's card.

Big Hugs,

All Dressed Up Ballerina Tutu

Welcome back to Passionate Paper Creations Ruby here from and that's all she wrote  and I'm having a blast with one of our lovely Sponsors Noor Designs

All the links to the products used on my card could be found down below.

Lace and Trims
Maja Design paper

Creative Basic Dies

Ok let's start with my stamp and she's one of the NEW All Dressed Up 2017 CHA release from LDRS Creative.
All Dressed Up  Ballerina TuTu which comes in a set of six stamps in total.
I colored her with my watercoloring markers and simply fuzzy cut her out.

Layering and playing with all the Noor Design products was heart warming.
Simply because all there stuff is so elegant and full of prettiness.
I had a blast and I got so addictive to creating my own flowers using this Foamiran which  Noor has many many colors in stock. I was mindblown that I was able to do such beautiful flowers.
I'm sure I'll be playing with these more often.

All the lace and embellishments added so much depth with a touch of  shabby shic

I used a few Creative Basic dies to layer my card. I tucked in some Creative Basic Dotted Wings on the border edge. Underneath her is a Creative Basics Stitched Flags and another tag from the Creative Basics Fancy Rectangle & Layers all cut with some Maja Design Paper from Noor Design online store.

Thanks for stopping by today

Tori the Dragon

Welcome to Passionate Paper Creations & Friends!

Nancy here today with a project featuring an image by Conie Fong Art, the sponsor of the week over at the Passionate Paper Creation and Friends Facebook Group.

This image is Tori the Dragon Birthday Girl and I used
the Basic Stitched Flag Dies from Creative Basics.
I colored the image with Copic Markers.

When I first attempted to color this image, I did a basic blend of blues and blue greens, but the result was so blended that it was too smooth (duh!). So I started again, this time employing some pointillism enhanced by a white Sukura Gelly Roll pen to get both shading and texture.

My style tends to be clean and simple, but I wanted the layout of the card to reflect the quirkiness of both the image and the sentiment stamps. So I skewed the layers a little bit and tucked a stitched flag die cut in the bottom corner. For the inside, I repeated the off-kilter layout and added a couple more stitched flags.

And here is the inside of finished card!

Copics Used
B0000, B00, B01, B02, B04, B05, B06, BG10, Y02, Y15, Y19, V04, V06, V09, Sukura Gelly Roll Pen in white (dragon); BV00, BV01, BV04, RV10, RV52, RV55, RV63, RV66, Y02, Y15, Y19, YR09 (cupcake, heart, and flowers)

Thanks for stopping by! Hope my card provides some crafty inspiration!

Power Poppy - Roses are Red Violets Are Blue....

Hello and Welcome back to Passionate Paper Creations.  Rhea here today with a "Flower Bomb" that will blow your mind.  Marcella at Power Poppy has outdone herself with this one!
Available today as a digital stamp!

I used so many Copic Colors with Polychromos Pencils I wouldn't know where to begin to tell you the colors.  I spent a little time here and there over the last week coloring this to be framed for my studio.  I actually just grabbed markers and went for it not even paying much attention honestly.
But it is bright and vibrant that is for sure.

Thanks for stopping by and make sure to visit the Power Poppy Blog to see who else has colored up this Flower Bomb.

Sponsor of the Week - LDRS Creative

Hello and welcome back to Passionate Paper Creations!  Hey, guess what? LDRS Creative is this week sponsor over at PPC and Friend Facebook Group.  You can save big on the entire store.  You know what that means? You can get 25% off Creative Basics Dies!  I know right! is how my Monday has gone.  Wake up with hubby and send him off to work as his first day with his new promotion.  I was so excited for him and he was grinning from ear to ear.  Then I started cleaning the house.  Well after 3 hours of cleaning the downstairs I had enough!  I will do the upstairs tomorrow.  Not that our home is messy....I just need to mop, baseboards, blinds, inside windows...blah, blah, blah.  Ok, yes...I am a freak.  So as I am cleaning, I get this idea!!!
And you see it above!  I think this is my very first card made that I did not color.  It only took me 20 minutes.  I think it is adorable!

Here are the dies I used and they can all be found right HERE!  (remember to go to PPCF to get your discount and code!)

Thanks for stopping by!  Dorinda has something special for you tomorrow!
